The secant piles and the multiple transverse inner supporting structures serve as supporting structures of an original deep foundation pit, the underpinning beams and the underpinning columns are used for underpinning and supporting original loads, the multiple transverse inner supporting structures are demounted step by step, and meanwhile, main body structure columns are constructed upwards step by step. The problem of conflict between support structure dismantling and main body structure construction is solved; by additionally arranging the steel pipe column, compression deformation of the lower structure caused by instantly applied upper load is reduced, and the overall rigidity of the lower structure is improved.
