The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to an assembly type prefabricated ultrathin concrete bottom plate which comprises a plurality of bottom plates and a steel casing, and the interiors of the bottom plates are fixedly connected with connecting assemblies; a first groove is formed in one side of the bottom plate, a second groove and a guide groove in the inner side of the second groove are formed in the other side of the bottom plate, and a plurality of connecting assemblies are arranged in the first groove; the connecting assembly is located on the inner bottom layer of the bottom plate. The connecting assembly protruding out of one side of one bottom plate can be inserted into the second groove of the other bottom plate, the sliding cylinder in the connecting assembly is inserted into the guide groove, splicing of the prefabricated bottom plates is achieved, the bottom plates do not affect each other when placed downwards, splicing is very convenient, and the bottom plates can be spliced only by directly pulling the sliding cylinder to be in butt joint with the guide groove. Compared with traditional bottom plate steel bar binding, fixing and butt joint, safety is achieved, and the construction efficiency is at least doubled.
本发明涉及桥梁建设技术领域,尤其为一种装配式预制超薄砼底板,包括底板和钢护筒,所述底板呈多组设置,并且底板的内部均固定连接有连接组件;所述底板的一侧开设有第一凹槽,所述底板的另一侧开设有第二凹槽和第二凹槽内侧的导向槽,所述第一凹槽的内部设置有多组连接组件;所述连接组件位于底板的内部底层;本发明的底板的一侧凸出的连接组件可以插入至另一个底板的第二凹槽内部,连接组件之中的滑动筒插入至导向槽内部,实现预制底板的拼接,这种设置在底板下放时互不影响,拼接十分方便,只需直接拉动滑动筒与导向槽对接,通过固定螺栓进行固定加固钢筋和滑动筒即可,相比较传统的底板钢筋绑扎固定对接,既安全,施工效率至少提升一倍。
