The invention discloses a bottom plate steel lining modular installation method which comprises a prefabrication step and a pouring step which are executed separately, and the prefabrication step comprises the steps that a first elevation module and a second elevation module are obtained through prefabrication; the pouring step comprises the steps that concrete is poured to obtain a raft foundation structure, and side wall modules are arranged on the raft foundation structure; the installation method further comprises an installation step, and the installation step comprises the steps that the first elevation module and the second elevation module which are obtained through the prefabrication step are hoisted to the raft foundation structure obtained through the pouring step; and the first elevation module and the side wall module as well as the second elevation module and the side wall module are assembled and connected respectively, so that mounting of the bottom plate steel lining is completed. The modular installation method for the bottom plate steel lining is simple and reasonable in step, efficient in construction and low in requirement for hoisting equipment, the site construction difficulty and workload are reduced, the purposes of shortening the construction period and saving the cost are achieved, and the modular installation method can be suitable for a bottom plate steel lining structure with multiple elevation planes. The invention further provides the containment steel lining.
