The invention discloses a frame structure and engineering machinery, the frame structure comprises a frame, the overall shape of the frame is a square box body with a rotary support mounting hole in the center, the interior of the square box body is of a structure with N layers and (N-1) containing cavities from outside to inside, N is an integer not less than 2, and each containing cavity is divided into a plurality of cavities by a plurality of internal rib plates; the frame is arranged between the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam, and the outer side faces of the two sides of the frame are directly attached to the inner side faces of the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam and fixedly connected with the left longitudinal beam and the right longitudinal beam through fasteners. Stable transmission of load force flow is achieved, and the bearing strength and the bearing rigidity of the whole frame are greatly improved due to the layout design of the multiple cavities.
