The invention relates to a ventilated raised floor which comprises a floor body and an air regulation module. The floor comprises a top plate, a plurality of top plate ventilation holes, a side plate and a plurality of ribs. The top plate is arranged on the side plate, and the ribs are located in the side plate. And the air regulation module is positioned below the floor. The air adjusting module comprises a fixed plate, a movable plate and an adjusting device. The adjusting device comprises a rack, a gear and a rotating element. The rack is arranged on the movable plate body, and the rotating element rotates to enable the gear to be meshed with the rack so as to drive the movable plate body to move relative to the fixed plate body in the moving direction, so that the movable plate body can have a first position and a second position relative to the fixed plate body. When the movable plate body is located at the first position, the position of the second ventilation hole corresponds to the position of the first ventilation hole; when the movable plate body is located at the second position, the positions of the second ventilation holes do not correspond to the positions of the first ventilation holes, and the positions of the first ventilation holes are shielded by the movable plate body.
