The construction method comprises the following steps: cleaning a base layer; angle steel formworks are erected; an interface agent layer is constructed; constructing a silica sol self-compacting concrete leveling layer; laying an inorganic millstone layer; coarse grinding of the grinding stone layer; carrying out middle grinding on a millstone layer; finely grinding the millstone layer; polishing and maintaining; and covering the carpet surface layer with a wood board or a high-density board finished product for protection. The characteristics that silica sol self-compacting concrete is free of shrinkage and cracking, high in flatness, free of vibration, light receiving, self-compacting forming, capable of achieving mechanical construction, free of traditional curing and the like are fully utilized, manpower resources can be further saved, the construction efficiency can be improved, it can be ensured that the building floor does not crack, the technical effects of being good in overall flatness and free of warping are achieved, and the construction cost is reduced. The later maintenance cost is reduced; by means of ground seamless treatment, the cost for arranging or cutting the expansion joint is saved, and the construction efficiency can be improved; and by utilizing the characteristics of long service life, corrosion resistance, easiness in cleaning and the like of the inorganic millstone surface layer, the later maintenance cost is saved.
