The outer hanging frame can horizontally move along the sliding rail, the inner hanging frame and the outer hanging frame can be adaptively adjusted in position at any time along with the change of the diameter of the cross section of a curved building by combining step number adjustment of the inner hanging frame with horizontal sliding adjustment of the outer hanging frame, and it is guaranteed that both the steel platform system and the hanging frame system can cover the cross section of an airport control tower in the whole construction process.
本发明的一种轻型钢平台模架及其施工方法,针对现有不规则曲面的高耸建筑物采用斜拉悬挑支模方法施工顶部悬挑部位,存在施工效率低、安全隐患大、机械化水平低的问题。它包括钢平台系统、爬升系统和挂架系统,爬升系统包括多节立柱导轨,及卡扣连接于立柱导轨的爬升靴装置,挂架系统的多组滑移轨道沿曲面建筑物轴线径向间隔设置且固接于钢平台横梁底部,可调式内挂架连接于横梁底部,外挂架可沿滑移轨道水平移动,通过内挂架步数调节结合外挂架水平滑移调节,使得内、外挂架能够随曲面建筑物横截面直径的变化随时进行位置的适应性调节,保证在施工全过程钢平台系统和挂架系统均能够覆盖机场塔台横截面。
