The invention discloses a cultivation method for improving the quality of fruits in an alkaline soil citrus orchard, which comprises the following steps: applying a soil improvement fertilizer in furrows after fruits are harvested, arranging drainage ditches around the citrus orchard and between rows, pruning citrus trees in autumn and winter or before germination in spring, so that the whole tree form is open-center-shaped, fruit expanding fertilizer containing potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer and microelement fertilizer is applied to furrows in the fruit development period from June to July, water and fertilizer containing instant potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, seaweed and fish protein, microelement fertilizer and cake fermentation water are sprayed to the roots in June to September or sprayed to the roots in a low-pressure mode through a water and fertilizer integrated system, and artificial fruit thinning is conducted during fruit bearing.
