The invention provides a self-adhesive super-weather-resistant super-light-resistant composite waterproof coiled material, a preparation method thereof and a light-transmitting roof construction structure. The self-adhesive super-weather-resistant super-light-resistant composite waterproof coiled material comprises a release film layer, a butyl rubber layer and a fluorocarbon film layer which are sequentially stacked, the butyl rubber layer is a modified transparent butyl rubber layer, and the modified transparent butyl rubber layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 25-35 parts of liquid polyisobutene; 10 to 20 parts of non-halogenated butyl rubber; 10-20 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber; 2 to 8 parts of a saturated SEPS elastomer; 5 to 10 parts of an amorphous polyolefin elastomer; 15 to 30 parts of tackifying resin; 1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent; 0.1 to 1.5 parts of an antioxidant; 0.1 part to 1.5 parts of an anti-ultraviolet agent; the fluorocarbon film layer is a PVF layer. The self-adhesive super-weather-resistant super-light-resistant composite waterproof coiled material has super weather resistance, super light resistance and very good initial adhesion performance without excessively increasing the usage amount of an antioxidant or an anti-ultraviolet agent, and is simple to construct so as to be better suitable for long-time application of an outdoor roof construction structure with higher daylighting requirements.
本公开提供一种自粘超耐候超耐光复合防水卷材及其制备方法、以及透光屋面施工结构。上述的自粘超耐候超耐光复合防水卷材包括依次层叠设置的离型膜层、丁基胶层及氟碳膜层,所述丁基胶层为改性透明丁基胶层,所述改性透明丁基胶层包括如下各质量份的各组分:25份~35份液态聚异丁烯;10份~20份非卤化丁基橡胶;10份~20份氯化丁基橡胶;2份~8份饱和SEPS弹性体;5份~10份无定形聚烯烃弹性体;15份~30份增粘树脂;1份~5份硅烷偶联剂;0.1份~1.5份抗氧剂;0.1份~1.5份抗紫外剂;所述氟碳膜层为PVF层。该自粘超耐候超耐光复合防水卷材,无需过多地增加抗氧化剂或抗紫外剂的使用量就具有超耐候性、超耐光性及很好的初粘性能,且施工简单,以更好地适用于室外较高采光要求的屋面施工结构的长时间的应用。
