The invention discloses a ballastless track slab fine adjustment method and system based on an Android APP, the method is applied to a mobile terminal APP, and the mobile terminal is in wireless communication connection with a construction site total station. On the premise that station setting of the total station is completed and the station setting precision meets the requirement, station setting coordinates of the total station are obtained, adjustable track plates in the adjustable range of the station are determined based on the station setting coordinates and construction plate arrangement data, and fine adjustment is conducted one by one; when the track plate is finely adjusted, the total station is controlled to sequentially measure the coordinates of all the positioning points simulated by the frame on the track plate, and the deviation between the actual position and the theoretical position of the track plate is calculated based on the measured coordinates of all the positioning points so as to achieve fine adjustment of the track plate. The fine adjustment method for the ballastless track slab based on the Android APP is high in universality, convenient to carry, simple and effective in operation process and capable of supporting frames of various design sizes.
本发明公开了一种基于AndroidAPP的无砟轨道板精调方法及系统,该方法应用于移动端APP,所述移动端与施工现场全站仪无线通讯连接。在全站仪设站完成且设站精度满足要求的前提下,获取全站仪设站坐标,基于所述设站坐标及施工布板数据确定本站可调范围内的可调轨道板并逐个进行精调;对轨道板进行精调时,控制全站仪依次测量轨道板上由标架模拟的各定位点坐标,基于测量得到的各定位点的坐标计算轨道板实际位置与理论位置的偏差以实现对轨道板的精调。本发明提出的基于AndroidAPP的无砟轨道板精调方法,普适性强,携带方便,操作流程简单有效,支持各种设计尺寸的标架。
