The invention discloses a construction method of an exposed aggregate floor. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, roadbed treatment; s2, construction of a cement stone foundation layer; s3, plain concrete cushion layer construction; s4, exposed aggregate surface layer construction: mixing cement, water and river sand to prepare a premix, adding titanium dioxide into the premix, uniformly mixing to obtain a third mortar mixture, adding exposed aggregate into the third mortar mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain surface layer mortar, uniformly pouring the obtained surface layer mortar into the surface of the thoroughly dried plain concrete cushion layer, paving the surface layer mortar on the surface of the thoroughly dried plain concrete cushion layer, troweling and shaping to form an exposed aggregate surface layer, and cleaning the surface of the exposed aggregate surface layer by using a high-pressure water gun to expose the exposed aggregate by 1-2mm; and S5, finally carrying out wet maintenance. By optimizing an existing construction process and adopting layered construction, the problems of threshing, grain falling, deformation cracking, water accumulation and the like of the pavement can be reduced, and the service life of the exposed aggregate pavement is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种露骨料地面的施工方法，步骤包括：S1、路基处理；S2、水泥石粉底层施工；S3、素混凝土垫层施工；S4、露骨料面层施工：先将水泥、水和河砂混合配制得到预混合料，往预混合料中掺入钛白粉并混合均匀，得到第三砂浆混合料，再往第三砂浆混合料中掺入露骨料并混合均匀，得到面层砂浆，将得到的面层砂浆均匀倒入并摊铺在干透的素混凝土垫层表面，抹光、整形后形成露骨料面层，使用高压水枪进行清洗露骨料面层的表面并使露骨料露出1～2mm；S5、最后进行湿润养护。本发明通过优化现有的施工工艺，采取分层施工，能够减少路面脱粒掉粒、形变开裂、积水等问题，增加露骨料路面的使用寿命。
