The invention discloses a comprehensive maintenance vehicle with an overhead heating wall. The comprehensive maintenance vehicle comprises a vehicle frame, a driving cabin, a multi-arm serial connection mechanism, the heating wall, a hydraulic damping and self-weight clamping device, a flow guide cover and a fixing device of the flow guide cover. The hydraulic damping and self-weight clamping devices are arranged on a platform at the top of a cockpit in an array mode and used for bearing the heating wall and providing a damping function, and the heating wall is limited through the self-weight clamping devices. One end of the multi-arm series mechanism is fixed to the frame through a base, and the other end of the multi-arm series mechanism is connected with a heating wall. All the connecting arms are driven by a motor, and accurate control over movement of the heating wall is achieved by controlling the rotating angles of all the arms. The flow guide cover adopts a turnover design and is driven by a motor, when the heating wall works, the flow guide cover is automatically opened, and after the heating wall is reset, the flow guide cover is closed, covers the heating wall and is automatically fixed by an inserting rod, so that further protection is provided. According to the design, the overall structure of the maintenance truck is optimized, the flexibility and safety are improved, the collision risk of the heating wall in the running process is avoided, the multi-arm control system achieves multi-directional adjustment of the heating wall, and the construction efficiency and effect are remarkably improved.
