The side frame is connected with the middle frame through the telescopic frame, and the length of the telescopic frame in the direction from the middle frame to the side frame is adjustable; a plurality of suspension brackets are fixedly arranged on the bottom side of the side frame; and the template is fixedly arranged on the suspension bracket. By arranging the telescopic frame, in the process that the tower building machine builds the special-shaped tower column with the outer diameter evenly reduced from bottom to top, the length of the telescopic frame is adjusted, only the installation angle of the formwork needs to be adjusted once, the building procedure of the tower building machine is simplified, and therefore the building efficiency of the tower building machine is improved.
