The invention discloses a large-section steel box girder hoisting and welding method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of temporary piers are erected between a bridge main tower and permanent piers; s2, splicing the small sections of steel box girders into a large section of main girder section; s3, a main beam section of one section is hoisted in place; s4, the step S3 is repeated until hoisting of all the main beam sections is completed; s5, circumferential weld construction is conducted on the two main beam sections, part of stay cables are installed, primary cable force tensioning is conducted, and then circumferential weld construction is conducted between the next two main beam sections; s7, the remaining stay cables are installed, and the stay cables are tensioned to the designed cable force; and S8, the permanent pier is dismantled. By adopting large-section integral hoisting and welding construction, the construction efficiency of mounting and welding the steel box girder sections of the cable-stayed bridge can be improved, the project construction period can be shortened, and the cost can be reduced; by means of the construction mode that part of stay cables are installed and the tension cable force is reasonably adjusted, linear control over the large-section main beam section is guaranteed, and the welding construction quality is improved.
本发明公开一种大节段钢箱梁吊装焊接方法,包括以下步骤:S1,在桥梁主塔与永久墩之间搭设若干临时墩;S2,将小节段的钢箱梁拼接成大节段的主梁节段;S3,把一个节段的主梁节段吊装到位;S4,重复步骤S3直至完成所有主梁节段的吊装;S5,对两个主梁节段进行环焊缝施工,安装部分斜拉索并进行索力一次张拉,然后再进行下两个主梁节段之间的环焊缝施工;S7,安装剩下的斜拉索,张拉斜拉索至设计索力;S8,拆除永久墩。本发明通过采用大节段整体吊装和焊接施工,可以提高斜拉桥钢箱梁节段安装焊接的施工效率,有利于缩短项目工期,降低成本;通过安装部分斜拉索并合理调整张拉索力的施工方式,保证了大节段主梁节段的线型控制,提高了焊接施工质量。
