The invention discloses a dike blocking method suitable for flood fighting and emergency rescue of a dike breach opening. The dike blocking method comprises the following steps that (1) a pushing device is assembled at the position one meter away from the rear portion of the dike breach opening; (2) a gabion net is placed on the pushing device; (3) stones are placed in the gabion net; and (4) a pushing device is started to push the gabion net filled with the stones to a dike breach opening for dike blocking. The pushing device is convenient to assemble and disassemble, dike blocking work at different dike breach openings is facilitated, the purpose of repeated utilization is achieved, the dike blocking cost of dike blocking work is greatly reduced, further, the pushing device is provided with a rear seat assembly at the rear end cover of the cylinder body of the hydraulic jack, and the pushing device is convenient to assemble and disassemble. A plurality of long ground thorns are arranged at the bottom of the supporting transverse plate of the rear seat assembly, so that the rear seat assembly is tightly inserted into the ground, fixation of the rear seat assembly is guaranteed, good supporting force is provided for embankment blocking work in the process that the hydraulic jack jacks and supports the gabion net, and smooth proceeding of the embankment blocking work is guaranteed.
