Device and method for forming discrete material pile by vibrating immersed tube
A device for forming a discrete material pile through a vibration immersed tube comprises a vibration hammer and the immersed tube, and the immersed tube comprises a steel tube, a cavity, a connecting rod, a check valve, a discharging port, a steel chisel and a feeding port which are connected and matched with one another; a lower port of the steel pipe is provided with a check valve to form a discharge port; a steel chisel is arranged in the steel pipe, one end of a chisel head of the steel chisel extends out of the lower end of the steel pipe, namely the discharge port, and the steel chisel and the steel pipe are fixed through a connecting rod; and the check valve is attached to the drill bit groove of the steel drill so as to seal the discharge port. The invention further discloses a method for forming the discrete material pile by using the device, the impact force of the vibratory hammer is utilized, the immersed tube is driven into the foundation, the discrete materials such as gravels are placed in the cavity of the immersed tube through the feeding port, the immersed tube is pulled upwards and vibrated, the gravels fall into the hole of the foundation through the discharging port, and the discrete material pile is formed. The vibration tube sinking method effectively solves the problem that tube sinking is difficult under the condition that a stone filling layer exists in a foundation in an existing vibration tube sinking process.
一种振动沉管形成散体材料桩的装置,包括振动锤和沉管,所述沉管包括相互连接配合的钢管、空腔、连接杆、止回阀、出料口、钢钎、进料口;所述钢管的下端口上设有止回阀形成出料口;钢管的内部设置钢钎,钢钎的钎头一端伸出钢管的下端,即伸出出料口,钢钎和钢管之间用连接杆加以固定;止回阀贴合在钢钎的钎头凹槽上从而将出料口封闭。本发明还公开了使用所述装置形成散体材料桩的方法,利用振动锤的冲击力,将沉管打入地基中,通过进料口将砂石等散体材料放到沉管空腔内,上拔沉管并振动,砂石料由出料口落入地基孔洞内,形成散体材料桩。本发明有效地解决了现有振动沉管工艺在面对地基中存在填石层的情况下沉管困难的问题。
