The invention discloses a pile pulling method for a road anti-collision guardrail pile, which comprises the following steps of: before pile pulling operation is carried out on the guardrail pile to be pulled, sleeving a soil isolation pipe on the guardrail pile to be pulled, and driving the soil isolation pipe into the ground until the soil isolation pipe is not less than the buried depth of the guardrail pile to be pulled; the to-be-pulled guardrail pile is separated from soil around the to-be-pulled guardrail pile, the stable adhesion and combination state between the to-be-pulled guardrail pile and the soil around the to-be-pulled guardrail pile is broken, then the soil isolation pipe is pulled out, and due to the fact that the gap between the soil isolation pipe and the to-be-pulled guardrail pile is small, friction resistance between the inner pipe face of the soil isolation pipe and the soil is very small; therefore, the pile pulling force needed for pulling out the soil isolation pipe is greatly reduced, pile pulling operation is conducted on the guardrail pile to be pulled after the soil isolation pipe is pulled out, the pulling force needed for pile pulling can be greatly reduced, and the situation that the guardrail pile to be pulled is snapped is prevented. The device is particularly suitable for pile pulling maintenance operation of old guardrail piles which reach the service life and need to be replaced.
