The invention relates to a pipeline and foundation reinforcement method based on concrete drainage pipeline non-excavation repair. The method comprises the steps that the position and size of a structural defect of a to-be-repaired concrete drainage pipeline are determined; flexible filling materials are filled in the disjunction joints, and water swelling rubber water stop strip circular rings are embedded in the disjunction joints; repairing a pipeline broken hole; an expansion ring is adopted for carrying out in-pipe supporting on the disjunction joint, and supporting treatment is carried out on a pipeline broken hole; water glass and cement paste double-liquid grouting is carried out on the outer wall of the pipeline at the pipeline disjoint seam and the broken hole; a 180-degree double-spraying-hole spraying head is used for conducting two-sequence-hole two-pipe high-pressure directional guniting on the downstream of underground flowing water perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline and the side, provided with a building or a high slope needing to be protected, perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline to form an anti-seepage wall body; the two sides of the pipeline are drilled, and single-nozzle three-sequence-hole two-pipe high-pressure 180-degree swing spraying grouting is adopted. And pipeline and foundation reinforcement of non-excavation repair of the concrete drainage pipeline is completed under the condition that the pipeline and the upper and lower foundation foundations of the pipeline are not lifted.
本发明涉及基于混凝土排水管道非开挖修复的管道和地基加固方法,确定待修复混凝土排水管道结构性缺陷的位置和尺寸大小;对脱节缝填充柔性填充材料并嵌入遇水膨胀橡胶止水条圆环;修补管道破洞;对于脱节缝采用涨环进行管内支撑,对于管道破洞处进行支撑处理;在管道脱节缝和破洞处的管道外壁进行水玻璃和水泥浆双液灌浆;在垂直于管道轴线的地下流动水下游和在垂直于管道轴线一侧有需要保护的建筑物或高坡的该侧,采用180°双喷孔喷头进行二序孔二管高压定向喷浆形成防渗墙体;在管道两侧钻孔采用单喷头三序孔二管高压180°摆喷灌浆。在不抬动管道和管道上下地基基础的情况下完成混凝土排水管道非开挖修复的管道和地基加固。
