The invention provides assembly type slab culvert mounting equipment and a construction method thereof.The assembly type slab culvert mounting equipment comprises a sweeping board and prefabricated side walls used for bearing a laterally-erected slab culvert, hydraulic walking wheels used for walking are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the sweeping board correspondingly, a rotating mechanism is arranged at the front end of the top of the sweeping board, and an overturning hoisting mechanism is arranged at the top of the rotating mechanism; the device is used for overturning and hoisting the prefabricated side wall to a designated position. By adopting the slab culvert mounting equipment composed of the sweeping board, the hydraulic walking wheels, the rotating mechanism, the overturning hoisting mechanism, the sliding supporting mechanism and the visual recognition device, the prefabricated side wall which is transported in a side-by-side mode can be directly placed on the sweeping board and conveyed to the mounting position through the sweeping board; and then the overturning and hoisting installation work is completed at the installation position through the overturning and hoisting mechanism, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile the installation precision and the automation degree are improved.
本发明提供一种装配式盖板涵安装设备及其施工方法,包括车板,用于承载侧立的盖板涵的预制侧墙,车板底部的四角处均设置有用于行走的液压行走轮,车板顶部的前端设置有旋转机构,旋转机构的顶部设置有翻转吊装机构,用于翻转和吊装预制侧墙至指定位置。通过采用由车板、液压行走轮、旋转机构、翻转吊装机构、滑动支撑机构和视觉识别装置组成的盖板涵安装设备,可将侧立运输的预制侧墙直接防止在车板上,并利用车板将其输送至安装位置,然后通过翻转吊装机构在安装处完成翻转和吊装安装工作,极大的提高了安装效率,同时提高了安装精度和自动化程度。
