The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing ordinary Portland cement, anhydrous manganese chloride (MnC 12) and ferrous chloride tetrahydrate (FeC 12. 4H2O) according to a required ratio, uniformly mixing and stirring, preparing an aqueous phase solution containing an adhesive polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and a dispersant sodium polyacrylate (SPAN), mixing the solid raw materials with the aqueous phase solution, adding polyurethane sponge into the mixture, stirring, freezing and shaping, and carrying out thermal insulation treatment on the mixture to obtain the cement-based composite material.
