The gangue slurry filling material disclosed by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of gangue, 5-20% of fly ash and 25-35% of water, and the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. The preparation method of the gangue slurry filling material comprises the following steps: 1, screening gangue particle aggregates, and calculating the mass percent W of 0-0.075 mm gangue powder in 0-3 mm gangue powder; 2, determining the weight of fly ash to be added according to W; 3, determining the weight of water to be added according to the sum of the weights of the gangue powder and the fly ash; 4, mixing and stirring the gangue powder, fly ash and water to obtain gangue slurry; 5, measuring the slump, the 1h bleeding rate and the 1h chromatographic property of the gangue slurry; and 6, judging whether the gangue slurry is qualified or not. The gangue slurry filling material provided by the invention is simple in process and easy to implement, and reduces the disposal cost of gangue and mine water.
