The invention discloses a preparation method of a mine grouting consolidation material, and relates to the technical field of mine grouting. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking bauxite, limestone and gypsum as raw materials, adding an additive zeolite powder into the raw materials, and carrying out high-temperature calcination on a mixture obtained by mixing to obtain clinker; then mixing the clinker with the pretreated clay powder; mixing the obtained fine powder with fly ash and silica fume, and then continuously mixing powder obtained by mixing and grinding a super plasticizer, sodium sulfite and calcium chloride with the fine powder, fly ash and silica fume; finally, slurry is added into the mixed material, polyvinyl alcohol is added into the slurry, and the composite material is obtained. The mining grouting consolidation material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high setting speed, strong cementation capability, high stone strength, low economic cost, environment friendliness, energy conservation, high efficiency and the like.
本发明公开了一种矿用注浆固结材料的制备方法,涉及矿用注浆技术领域。其首先以铝矾土、石灰石、石膏为原料,向其中加入添加剂沸石粉,将混合所得混合料进行高温煅烧,得到熟料;之后将该熟料与预处理后的黏土粉末进行混合;再将所得细粉与粉煤灰、硅灰混合,然后将超塑化剂、亚硫酸钠及氯化钙混合研磨后的粉末与细粉、粉煤灰、硅灰继续混合;最后向该混合物料中加入浆液,向浆液中加入聚乙烯醇,即得。本发明方法制备得到的矿用注浆固结材料具有凝结速度快、胶结能力强、结石强度高、经济成本低、绿色环保、节能高效等优点。
