The invention relates to the technical field of mine filling materials, and particularly provides a preparation method of a waste gas foaming cemented filling material, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing solid waste, a cementing agent, water, an additive and a foam stabilizer to prepare slurry; foaming the waste gas to be treated to prepare foam; mixing the slurry with the foam to prepare the waste gas foaming cemented filling material, so that reacted gas in the waste gas to be treated is partially cured in the waste gas foaming cemented filling material; and the unreacted gas part in the waste gas to be treated is sealed in the pores of the waste gas foaming cemented filling material. With such a configuration, it is possible to directly treat the exhaust gas by means of the exhaust gas foamed cemented filling material. Due to the fact that waste gas containing CO2 under the scene of power plant flue gas and the like can be directly treated without purification, the capture and purification cost of single gas is saved, and a new thought is provided for the scene of on-site foaming filling treatment of coal mine pithead power plant flue gas and the like.
