According to the preparation method, the surface of the loofah sponge fiber is modified after the carbon nano tube and the calcined kaolin are compounded, and the loofah sponge fiber, the cement, the fly ash, the fine sand and other raw materials are jointly used for preparing the foam concrete. The comprehensive performance of the foam concrete in the aspects of durability, compression resistance, sound absorption, heat preservation and the like is remarkably improved.
