The quick-hardening polymer waterproof slurry is prepared by mixing a liquid raw material and a powder raw material in a ratio of 9: 25; 1 kg of the powder raw material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 350-500 kg of a cementing material, 15-50 kg of an anti-shrinking agent, 15-70 kg of an admixture, 8-25 kg of an auxiliary agent and 455-630 kg of an aggregate filler; the liquid raw material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 400kg of emulsion, 24 to 69kg of an additive and 550 to 650kg of water in terms of 1kg of the liquid raw material. The quick-hardening polymer waterproof slurry has early-strength and quick-hardening properties, can meet building delivery requirements in one day, is high in product hardness and excellent in wear resistance, can be used as an indoor surface decorative material, and achieves waterproof and decorative properties at the same time.
