The invention relates to resource utilization of solid wastes in building materials, in particular to a high-ductility underwater non-dispersible concrete rapid repairing material prepared from coal gangue and a preparation method. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 700 to 1260 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 140 to 700 parts of fly ash, 0 to 336 parts of river sand, 84 to 420 parts of coal gangue fine aggregate, 7 to 14 parts of a water reducing agent, 14 to 84 parts of an accelerator, 70 to 98 parts of an anti-dispersing agent UWB-III, 308 to 420 parts of water and 20 to 26 parts of fiber. The high-ductility underwater non-dispersible concrete rapid repair material developed by the invention integrates high ductility, rapid hardening and early strength and underwater non-dispersion, can rapidly repair a cracked underwater concrete structure, ensures normal use of the underwater concrete structure, and realizes resource high-value utilization of solid wastes by adopting the coal gangue as the aggregate.
本发明涉及固废物在建筑材料中的资源化利用,具体涉及一种用煤矸石制备的高延性水下不分散混凝土快速修补材料及制备方法;包括以下质量份配比的原料:硫铝酸盐水泥700~1260份,粉煤灰140~700份,河砂0~336份,煤矸石细骨料84~420份,减水剂7~14份,速凝剂14~84份,抗分散剂UWB‑Ⅲ70~98份,水308~420份,纤维20~26份。本发明开发的高延性水下不分散混凝土快速修补材料,集高延性、快硬早强、水下不分散于一体,可对开裂水下混凝土结构进行快速修补,保证水下混凝土结构的正常使用,而且采用煤矸石作为骨料,实现了固废物资源化高值化利用。
