The invention discloses a low-noise ferrite magnetic shoe and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining raw material components required by the ferrite magnetic shoe, and carrying out ball milling and dehydration treatment; a ferrite blank with a preset magnetic declination angle is generated through the forming mold, and the preset magnetic declination angle is obtained according to simulation-fitting processing; and sintering, grinding and cleaning the formed ferrite blank. The invention aims to change the magnetic declination of the ferrite magnetic shoe on the premise of not changing the size of the magnetic shoe, and can effectively reduce the torque ripple coefficient and cogging torque ripple after the magnetic shoe is installed, thereby reducing the motor noise.
本发明公开了一种低噪音铁氧体磁瓦及其制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:获取铁氧体磁瓦所需要的原料组分并进行球磨、脱水处理;采用成型模具生成具有预设磁偏角的铁氧体生胚,其中,预设磁偏角的获取是根据仿真‑拟合处理所得到的;将成型后的铁氧体生胚进行烧结、磨削与清洗处理。本发明旨在通过在不改变磁瓦尺寸的前提下改变铁氧体磁瓦的磁偏角,能有效降低磁瓦装机后的转矩脉动系数和齿槽转矩波动,进而降低电机噪音。
