The invention provides high-purity Ti3AlC2 and a preparation method and application thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing TiC powder, TiAl alloy powder, a fluxing agent, Al particles and molten salt to obtain a mixture; (2) sintering the mixture obtained in the step (1) to obtain a sintered product; and (3) soaking, washing and drying the sintered product obtained in the step (2) to obtain the high-purity Ti3AlC2. According to the method provided by the invention, the TiAl alloy powder and the Al particles are used as the Al source, so that the explosion risk possibly occurring in the Al powder is avoided, long-time ball-milling mixing before sintering can be avoided, and the time required by synthesis is further shortened. Besides, by adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the content of TiC impurities and Ti2AlC impurities can be reduced, and the purity of Ti3AlC2 is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种高纯度Ti3AlC2及其制备方法和应用,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将TiC粉末、TiAl合金粉末、助熔剂、Al粒、熔融盐混合,得到混合料;(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合料烧结,得到烧结产物;(3)将步骤(2)得到的烧结产物浸泡、洗涤,干燥,得到所述高纯度Ti3AlC2。采用本发明提供的方法,以TiAl合金粉末、Al粒作为Al源,避免了Al粉可能出现的爆炸危险,并可避免在烧结前进行长时间球磨混合,进一步降低了合成所需时间。此外,采用本发明的制备方法,可降低TiC杂质和Ti2AlC杂质的含量,大幅度提高Ti3AlC2的纯度。
