Demounting and building integrated construction method for old deck type arch bridge and newly-built cable-stayed bridge
The invention relates to a dismantling and building integrated construction method for an old deck type arch bridge and a newly-built cable-stayed bridge, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, dismantling a beam body and a bridge pier of the old bridge by utilizing a crawler crane, and constructing a bridge abutment, a side span bridge pier and a main tower of the newly-built cable-stayed bridge; then, a side span of the newly-built cable-stayed bridge is constructed through a support method, the front two sections of a main span steel box girder of the cable-stayed bridge are assembled, and the front two sections of the main span serve as a transfer platform of a cable crane; a cable-stayed buckling and hanging system and a cable crane system which are used for dismantling the old bridge arch ring are erected through a suspension bridge main tower, and the arch bridge arch ring is dismantled section by section through a cable crane; and finally, a cable-stayed bridge main span steel box girder is installed through a cable crane, and the construction of dismantling the old deck type steel truss arch bridge and newly building the cable-stayed bridge is completed. According to the method, the bridge dismantling procedure and the bridge building procedure are alternately or synchronously carried out, and compared with a conventional first-dismantling and second-building construction method, the construction period can be shortened, universality of bridge building and dismantling equipment is achieved, temporary structure investment can be reduced, and cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种老旧上承式拱桥和新建斜拉桥拆建一体化施工方法,首先利用履带吊拆除旧桥的梁体和桥墩,施工新建斜拉桥的桥台、边跨桥墩、主塔;然后采用支架法施工新建斜拉桥的边跨并拼装斜拉桥主跨钢箱梁的前两节,利用主跨前两节段作为缆索吊的转运平台;再利用悬索桥主塔搭设拆除旧桥拱圈的斜拉扣挂系统和缆索吊系统,并利用缆索吊逐节拆除拱桥拱圈;最后利用缆索吊安装斜拉桥主跨钢箱梁,完成拆除老旧上承式钢桁拱桥和新建斜拉桥施工。本发明将拆桥工序和建桥工序穿插或同步进行,与常规的先拆后建施工方法相比,可缩短工期,且实现建桥和拆桥设备通用,可减少临时结构投入,节约成本。
