The invention relates to the technical field of deep foundation pit supporting, and discloses a deep foundation pit supporting adjusting system which comprises a plurality of supporting rods with the adjustable length and a fixing assembly used for fixing the supporting rods. Each supporting rod comprises an upper rod, a lower rod and an adjusting rod installed between the upper rod and the lower rod, the adjusting rods are fixedly connected with the lower rods, the upper ends of the adjusting rods are connected into the upper rods in a sliding mode all the time, all the supporting rods are arranged and distributed, every two adjacent upper rods are attached to each other, and the upper ends of the adjusting rods are connected into the lower rods in a sliding mode. The adjusting system comprises a fixing plate, a plurality of upper rods and a plurality of lower rods, every two adjacent lower rods are attached to each other, all the upper rods are fixedly installed on the fixing plate, all the upper rods are located at the same height, the adjusting system further comprises a baffle, the baffle is installed on the face, away from the supporting rod, of the fixing plate, and a buffering space is reserved between the baffle and the supporting rod. The adaptability and flexibility of the supporting system can be improved.
