The basement blind ditch drainage pipe fixing device comprises two end plates which are oppositely arranged, and two sliding seats are arranged in sliding grooves in the opposite sides of the two end plates in a sliding mode; the electric driving assembly is mounted on the two sliding seats; the variable-diameter pipe hoop structure comprises a plurality of fixed rollers, a plurality of movable rollers and a length-adjustable connecting assembly, the fixed rollers are perpendicularly arranged on the opposite sides of the two end plates, the multiple fixed rollers are continuously arranged in an arch shape to define a limiting space, and the fixed rollers at the head ends and the tail ends of the multiple fixed rollers are installed on the two sliding seats correspondingly; the two ends of the connecting assembly are hinged to the two adjacent fixed rollers respectively, the movable rollers and the fixed rollers are arranged in the same direction, the movable rollers are arranged on the outer sides of the multiple fixed rollers, and the connecting assembly is hinged to one movable roller through an electric telescopic rod; and the controller is connected to the electric driving assembly and the electric telescopic rod. The problems that a drainage pipe of an existing basement drainage blind drain is prone to floating upwards and inaccurate in positioning when being buried are solved.
