The prefabricated composite column comprises a prefabricated column body, the prefabricated column body is of a thin-wall structure internally provided with a cavity and is prefabricated by first-class concrete, the prefabricated column body comprises a beam-column joint area, and at least two sides of the beam-column joint area are provided with splicing surfaces; the splicing component is arranged in the beam-column joint area, the splicing component comprises a splicing main body and at least two first splicing pieces, one part of the splicing main body is pre-buried in the prefabricated column body, the other part of the splicing main body is located in the cavity, the first splicing pieces are fixed to the splicing main body and exposed out of the corresponding splicing faces, and the splicing main body is embedded in the cavity. The first splicing piece is fixedly connected with a second splicing piece bolt of the prefabricated frame beam; wherein the cavity is used for pouring second-class concrete in the construction stage, and the strength of the first-class concrete is at least superior to that of the second-class concrete.
