The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption curtain wall keel connecting structure and method.The structure comprises a prefabricated connecting component, a heat preservation part, two corner plates, a first bolt, a second bolt and a curtain wall keel, the prefabricated connecting component comprises an embedded part and channel steel which are embedded in a building structure, and the embedded part comprises a first anchor plate and an anchor bar; the outer surface of the first anchor plate is aligned with the interface of the inner concrete structure and the heat preservation layer, a wing plate of the channel steel is connected to the first anchor plate, the outer surface of a web of the channel steel is aligned with the outer surface of the outer fender, and a gap between the channel steel and the first anchor plate is a filling cavity. The heat preservation part is installed in the filling cavity. The two angle plates are symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of a web of the channel steel, the angle plates are parallel and attached to plate bodies of the web of the channel steel to be connected through first bolts, and the two angle plates are perpendicular to the plate bodies of the web of the channel steel to be connected with a curtain wall keel through second bolts. The energy consumption of the connecting joint of the curtain wall keel and the building structure can be reduced.
