The steel pipe clamp comprises an arc-shaped clamping plate, and the front face of the arc-shaped clamping plate is provided with first clamping grooves allowing a pair of steel pipes to be clamped respectively; the first through hole is used for an opposite-pull screw to penetrate through, the first through hole is located between the two first clamping grooves, and the opposite-pull screw penetrates through the first through hole and forms an extending section on the back face of the arc-shaped clamping plate; the clamping rod is used for clamping the extending section, the first end of the clamping rod can be connected to the back face of the arc-shaped clamping plate in an up-down swinging mode, a first clamping part is arranged at the bottom of the clamping rod, and a second clamping part clamped with the first clamping part is arranged at the top of the extending section; and the elastic piece is used for driving the clamping rod to swing downwards so that pretightening force can be generated when the first clamping part and the second clamping part are clamped. By arranging the steel pipe clamp, the construction efficiency is improved.
