The invention relates to the technical field of building structure repair, in particular to a concrete structure crack control repair method which comprises the following steps: S1, determining a repair priority; s2, impurities and moisture in the cracks are removed, and meanwhile, the roughness of the surfaces of the cracks is increased through laser etching, so that the adhesive force of a subsequent filling material is enhanced; s3, preparing a repairing material according to the crack condition; s4, the crack is evenly filled with the repairing material prepared in the S3; s5, applying low-frequency vibration to the repair area by using micro-vibration equipment after the repair material is injected; s6, after curing, the repaired face is ground and polished; and S7, finally, an epoxy group sealing coating is sprayed to the repaired face, and sealing treatment is conducted. According to the method, through efficient evaluation and an accurate material injection technology, rapidness and economical efficiency of crack repairing are achieved, meanwhile, the quality and durability of a repaired structure are ensured, and environmental friendliness and construction convenience are reflected in the whole process.
