The invention relates to the technical field of crack leakage maintenance, and discloses a pool wall crack leakage maintenance construction method which comprises the following construction steps: 1) determining the position of a crack on a wall; (2) a plurality of extension lines are marked on the wall with the crack as the center line, and the extension lines are arranged on the two sides of the crack respectively; (3) a cutting machine is used for cutting the wall along the extension line, a plurality of cutting seams are formed, and the crack and the cutting seams are formed in the maintenance area; (4) holes are longitudinally drilled in the crack to form a plurality of middle holes, and middle grouting pipes are inserted into the middle holes; (5) grouting materials are injected into the crack through the middle grouting pipe by means of a grouting machine till the crack is filled with the grouting materials; (6) the water pool is filled with water, a closed water test is conducted, after no water seepage phenomenon exists in the maintenance area, the middle grouting pipe is pulled out, and the middle hole is filled with a filling material; and (7) the maintenance area is covered with a waterproof layer, the waterproof layer covers the crack and the cutting seam in a sealing mode, and the waterproof layer and the wall form an integrated structure.
