Provided is a powdered geopolymer composition containing: an active filler comprising a carbonated slag micropowder and a pozzolanic material powder; and a powdered alkali source comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of alkali metal silicate powder and alkali metal carbonate powder, and the carbonated slag fine powder contains 0.1-2.0 mass% of CO2 and 0.26-1.0 mass% of bound water.
