The invention provides a fireproof thermal-insulation integrated board and a fireproof thermal-insulation system.The fireproof thermal-insulation integrated board is used for being arranged on the surface of a maintenance structure and comprises a fireproof thermal-insulation layer and a reinforcing layer which are stacked, the fireproof thermal-insulation layer is composed of at least one fireproof thermal-insulation material layer, and the reinforcing layer is connected to at least one side of the fireproof thermal-insulation layer in an adhesive mode; and the fireproof heat-insulating integrated plate is fixedly connected with the maintenance structure. According to the fireproof heat-preservation structure, even if the fireproof heat-preservation layer is aged due to long-term use and deforms under the action of self gravity or external force, the reinforcing layer can enable the fireproof heat-preservation layer to have enough strength to resist deformation, so that the fireproof heat-preservation effect can be continuously maintained, and the service life of the fireproof heat-preservation structure is prolonged.
