The invention discloses a water-retaining agent for concrete and a preparation method thereof. The water-retaining agent is an emulsion formed by mixing a biological glue-hydroxy calcium phosphate microsphere structural body, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a binder, wherein the biogum-hydroxyl calcium phosphate microsphere structural body takes hydroxyl calcium phosphate porous microspheres as a carrier, pores of the carrier are filled with a binder, nano zeolite powder and nano silicon dioxide are attached to the inner surfaces of the pores, and the binder is selected from any one or a mixture of two of xanthan gum and welan gum. When the water-retaining agent for the concrete is doped into a concrete mixture, the double effects of lubrication and water retention are achieved, meanwhile, a composite structural body formed by the porous structure and the water-retaining component can absorb and store a large amount of water, an internal curing system is formed in the concrete, and the later structural stability and mechanical property of the concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土用保水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述保水剂为生物胶‑羟基磷酸钙微球结构体与聚羧酸减水剂、粘结剂混合的乳浊液,其中所述生物胶‑羟基磷酸钙微球结构体以羟基磷酸钙多孔微球为载体、载体孔隙内部填充粘结剂且孔隙内表面附着纳米沸石粉和纳米二氧化硅,所述粘结剂选自黄原胶、温轮胶中任意一种或两种混合。本发明所述混凝土用保水剂掺入混凝土拌和物中时,起到润滑和保水双重的作用,同时其多孔结构与保水组分形成的复合结构体,能够吸储大量水分,对混凝土内部形成内养护体系,提高其后期结构稳定性和力学性能。
