Asphalt pavement repairing material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement repairing material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of asphalt and 100-180 parts of aggregate, 15 to 25 parts of boron nitride; 9 to 13 parts of calcium borosilicate; 10 to 20 parts of phosphate; 7-10 parts of an emulsifier; and 5-8 parts of an initiator. The gaps between the particle size aggregate and the asphalt are filled with the compound polyethylene resin and the glass fibers, so that the gaps of the asphalt pavement repairing material are further reduced while the polyethylene resin and the glass fibers are reinforced by the mountain stone powder and the zirconium polyphosphate, and the strength of the asphalt pavement repairing material is improved; moreover, the poly-sulfur nitride and the ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid can promote the regeneration of the old road asphalt mixture, reinforce the strength of the asphalt composite repair material to a certain extent, and enhance the stability of the asphalt composite repair material.
