The invention belongs to the technical field of road building materials, and particularly relates to a cement-soil-stabilized molybdenum tailing mixture and application of the cement-soil-stabilized molybdenum tailing mixture as a subbase of a road structure, the cement-soil-stabilized molybdenum tailing mixture comprises the following raw materials: cement, clay and molybdenum tailings, according to the weight ratio, the mixing ratio of the clay to the molybdenum tailings is (20-50): (50-80), and the mixing ratio of the clay to the molybdenum tailings is (20-50): (50-80). The weight of the doped cement is 5-11% of the sum of the weights of the clay and the molybdenum tailings, and the mixture can be used as a subbase of a road structure to be constructed by using a road mixing method. The molybdenum tailings are used for replacing part of soil in the cement stabilized soil, the formed cement soil stabilized molybdenum tailing mixture has good dry shrinkage resistance and temperature shrinkage resistance, and the strength requirements of light, medium and heavy traffic grade pavement structure subbase layers can be met according to different mixing ratios; the defects that the bearing capacity and durability of the pavement structure are reduced due to shrinkage cracking caused by temperature and humidity changes of the cement stabilized soil subbase layer are overcome, and resource utilization of industrial solid waste is achieved.
