The invention provides graphene-coated tungsten carbide core-shell powder, a preparation method thereof and application of the graphene-coated tungsten carbide core-shell powder in a composite ceramic cutter material. The graphene-coated tungsten carbide core-shell powder is rapidly prepared in situ in one step by adopting a liquid-phase laser irradiation technology, the process is simple, the consumed time is short, the cost is low, and the preparation process is safe and environment-friendly. The graphene coated tungsten carbide core-shell powder has high dispersibility, the core-shell structure effectively improves the dispersion uniformity of graphene in a ceramic matrix material, and the disadvantages of harsh and complex process, non-uniform mechanical mixing, easy agglomeration and the like of independent preparation of graphene are avoided; the obtained graphene-coated tungsten carbide core-shell powder is applied to preparation of a ceramic cutter material and can be uniformly dispersed in a ceramic matrix material, and the obtained cutter material has excellent mechanical properties.
本发明提供一种石墨烯包覆碳化钨核壳粉体及其制备方法与在复合陶瓷刀具材料中的应用。本发明采用液相激光辐照技术一步原位快速制备石墨烯包覆碳化钨核壳粉体,工艺简单,耗时短,成本低,制备过程安全环保。本发明石墨烯包覆碳化钨核壳粉体具有高分散性,该核壳结构有效改善了石墨烯在陶瓷基体材料中的分散均匀性,避免了石墨烯单独制备的苛刻复杂工艺、机械混合不均匀、易团聚等劣势;所得石墨烯包覆碳化钨核壳粉体应用于制备陶瓷刀具材料,能够均匀分散于陶瓷基体材料中,所得刀具材料具有优异的力学性能。
