ZrO2/SiZrBOC ceramic-based porous composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a ZrO2/SiZrBOC ceramic-based porous composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing SiZrBOC precursor ceramic gel; (2) preparing ZrO2 fibers by adopting an electrostatic spinning method; (3) ZrO2 fibers and the SiZrBOC precursor ceramic gel are uniformly mixed, polyurethane foam is placed in the mixture, and the mixture is moved into a vacuum defoaming barrel to be subjected to defoaming treatment; and (4) taking out the de-foamed polyurethane foam, putting the de-foamed polyurethane foam into a drying oven for drying, and then carrying out high-temperature pyrolysis at 1000-1400 DEG C for 1-2 hours to obtain the ZrO2/SiZrBOC ceramic-based porous composite material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and low in preparation cost; the prepared composite material is excellent in heat insulation performance, mechanical strength and oxidation resistance.
本发明公开了一种ZrO2/SiZrBOC陶瓷基多孔复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备SiZrBOC先驱体陶瓷凝胶;(2)采用静电纺丝法制备ZrO2纤维;(3)将ZrO2纤维和SiZrBOC先驱体陶瓷凝胶混合均匀,将聚氨酯泡沫置于其中,移入真空消泡桶中,进行消泡处理;(4)将消泡处理后的聚氨酯泡沫取出,放入烘箱中进行干燥,然后于1000~1400℃保温时间1~2小时进行高温热解,得到ZrO2/SiZrBOC陶瓷基多孔复合材料。本发明的制备方法,工艺简单,制备成本低;制备得到的复合材料隔热性能、力学强度优异和抗氧化性优异。
