Novel ablation-resistant gradient composite coating of C/C composite material and preparation method
The invention provides a novel ablation-resistant gradient composite coating of a C/C composite material and a preparation method, the gradient composite coating is mainly composed of a SiC transition inner coating, a refractory metal carbide middle layer and a La2Hf2O7 outer coating, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing hafnium oxide and lanthanum oxide powder and granulating; (2) carrying out high-temperature sintering reaction and synthesis on the lanthanum humate spraying powder; (3) high-temperature heat treatment before coating of the C/C composite material; (4) preparing a SiC transition inner coating through a high-temperature chemical reaction process; (5) preparing a refractory metal carbide intermediate layer by a plasma spraying process; and (6) preparing the lanthanum humate outer coating through a plasma spraying process. A new technical approach is provided for long-time ultrahigh-temperature ablation-resistant protection of the C/C composite material, the binding force and the high-temperature structural stability of the gradient coating are integrally enhanced, and the overall anti-scouring performance and the high-temperature protection performance of the gradient coating are further enhanced.
本发明提供一种C/C复合材料耐烧蚀新型梯度复合涂层及制备方法,梯度复合涂层主要由SiC过渡内涂层、难熔金属碳化物中间层及哈酸镧(La2Hf2O7)外涂层组成,其制备方法为:(1)氧化铪与氧化镧粉末的混合与造粒;(2)哈酸镧喷涂粉的高温烧结反应与合成;(3)C/C复合材料涂层前的高温热处理;(4)高温化学反应工艺制备SiC过渡内涂层;(5)等离子喷涂工艺制备难熔金属碳化物中间层;(6)等离子喷涂工艺制备哈酸镧外涂层。本发明为C/C复合材料长时间超高温耐烧蚀防护提供了新的技术途径、整体上增强了梯度涂层的结合力及高温结构稳定性、进一步增强了梯度涂层的整体抗冲刷性能和高温防护性能。
