The invention provides a steel truss stiffening large-span vacuum tube beam. The steel truss stiffening large-span vacuum tube beam comprises an n-shaped tube, a U-shaped beam, two rows of stiffening main trusses and a plurality of flat connecting rods. The n-shaped pipe is fixed to the top end of the U-shaped beam, and a pipeline in the extending direction of the bridge is formed between the n-shaped pipe and the U-shaped beam. The two rows of stiffening main trusses are arranged on the midspan section of the vacuum tube beam and located on the two sides of the n-shaped tube respectively, and the bottom ends of the stiffening main trusses are fixed to the top of the U-shaped beam.
