本发明公开一种用于减小地下室底板水压的疏水导流系统及其制作方法,系统包括底板、设置在底板内的导流井与疏水装置。底板的下方设有垫层和级配碎石层。导流井包括钢管Ⅰ、钢管Ⅱ和中心开孔的止水钢板Ⅰ,钢管Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别与止水钢板Ⅰ的上、下表面连接,钢管Ⅱ的底部封堵、且下段部为开设有滤水孔的滤水段,钢管Ⅰ伸出底板板面与导流管相连,通过导流管和抽水泵将导流井中的水排到集水井中。疏水装置包括若干疏水管和一部分设置在底板中,另一部分设置在底板后浇带的止水钢板Ⅱ,位于后浇带的止水钢板Ⅱ的侧板上安装有接入集水坑的疏水管。本发明能有效降低地下水、基岩裂隙水对底板防水及混凝土施工的影响,提高项目品质,降低后期维护费用。
