The method is achieved through a laser pod, and the scheme is that the initial position of the laser pod is determined, and the initial position is located at an orifice of a pile foundation formed hole; vertically lowering the laser pod from the initial position, and performing laser scanning at a plurality of specific depths to obtain the shape of the inner wall of the pile foundation pore-forming; whether the laser pod is lowered to the hole bottom of the pile foundation formed hole or not is determined; in response to determining that the laser pod is lowered to the hole bottom of the pile foundation formed hole, the bottoming depth of the laser pod is determined; the laser pod is vertically lifted; determining whether the laser pod is lifted to an initial position; and in response to determining that the laser pod is lifted to the initial position, determining the hole inclination of the pile foundation hole forming and the roughness of the inner wall based on the bottoming depth and the shape of the inner wall.
