The invention discloses a negative pressure intelligent sewage intercepting well which comprises a sewage intercepting well body and a negative pressure water pumping device extending into the sewage intercepting well body, the negative pressure water pumping device comprises a water pumping pipe and a diaphragm valve arranged on the water pumping pipe, the diaphragm valve divides the water pumping pipe into a water pumping section and a vacuum section, and the vacuum section is communicated with a vacuum pump. The vacuum section and the working cavity of the diaphragm valve are controlled by an electromagnetic valve to be switched on and off, the action of the electromagnetic valve is controlled by a high-low liquid level pressure switch, the action of the high-low liquid level pressure switch is controlled by a pressure difference control pipe, and the pressure difference control pipe extends downwards into sewage of the sewage intercepting well body. Compared with a mechanical controller adopted for opening and closing a vacuum valve in the prior art, the pressure difference control pipe and the high-low liquid level pressure switch which are used in cooperation are adopted, the water level is converted into the air pressure so as to control the action of the electromagnetic valve, then the electromagnetic valve controls opening and closing of the diaphragm valve, the structure is simple, and stability and reliability are higher.
