The invention relates to a construction method for preventing early-stage shrinkage cracks, which comprises the following steps of: treating the surface of old concrete, namely cleaning the surface of the old concrete, removing loose particles and sundries, and ensuring the bonding between the new concrete and the old concrete; post-grouting system arrangement and installation: arranging a plurality of post-grouting systems on the old concrete at the combination part of the new concrete and the old concrete, and fixing the post-grouting systems; new concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, after arrangement of the post-grouting system is completed, new concrete pouring work is conducted; injection of a retarder or cement paste doped with a retarding component: injecting the prepared retarder or cement paste doped with the retarding component through a post-grouting system; the pouring formwork is dismantled, specifically, two section formworks of the pouring formwork are dismantled in a segmented mode; and follow-up curing is conducted, specifically, after the pouring formwork is removed, moisturizing curing is conducted within the preset curing time. The post-grouting system comprises a full-section grouting pipe and a half-section grouting pipe, the half-section grouting pipe is arranged above the full-section grouting pipe, and the half-section grouting pipe and the full-section grouting pipe are arranged in a staggered mode.
