The automatic plate laying machine comprises a frame body, an engine, a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear, a telescopic rod and a supporting wedge block, a wheel shaft is transversely installed on the frame body, and tires are installed at the two ends of the wheel shaft respectively; a bearing is longitudinally mounted on the frame body; the engine gear is meshed with the first gear to drive the axle to rotate, so that the machine walks; the second gear is coaxially and fixedly connected with the driving wheel shaft, the third gear is coaxially and fixedly connected with the bearing, and the second gear is meshed with the third gear to drive the bearing to rotate; the four sets of fourth gears are distributed at the ends of the two bearings respectively and are coaxially and fixedly connected with the bearings, the fourth gears correspond to the telescopic rods and the supporting wedge blocks one to one, rotation of the fourth gears controls telescopic reciprocating of the telescopic rods, then the states of the supporting wedge blocks are controlled, the plates supported on the supporting wedge blocks are turned down, and laying of the plates is completed. Through cooperation of multiple sets of gears, automatic laying of plates in the walking process of the machine is achieved.
本发明涉及一种板材自动铺设机,包括架体、发动机、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、伸缩杆及支撑锲块,架体的横向安装有轮轴,轮轴的两端分别安装有轮胎;架体的纵向安装有轴承;发动机齿轮与第一齿轮啮合,驱动轮轴旋转,实现机器的行走;第二齿轮与主动轮轴同轴固定连接,第三齿轮与轴承同轴固定连接,第二齿轮与第三齿轮啮合,带动轴承旋转;第四齿轮为四组,分别分布于两根轴承的端部,并与轴承同轴固定连接,第四齿轮与伸缩杆、支撑锲块一一对应,第四齿轮的旋转控制伸缩杆的伸缩往复,继而控制支撑锲块的状态,将支撑于支撑锲块上的板材翻下,完成板材铺设。本发明通过设计多组齿轮的配合,实现了机器行走过程中的板材自动铺设。
